Paderno has developed these new pastry cutters made of the composite material branded Paplus®. This material is non-porous, dishwasher safe can be sterilized and meets all requirements of EU hygiene regulations. Light and handy, provide a comfortable grip due to their rounded tops. Hygienic, easy to clean being of a single piece. Long lasting, durable cutting edge, do not lose their original shape. Excellent also for hot preparations, do not absorb heat and there- fore do not burn.
