Registration and Login
You need to register to make orders etc. Registration is not an automated process. After we verify your registration information your account will activated within 24 hours. With those information you can login to your account and view our complete product list, make orders, track orders etc.
Note: If you do not wish to make orders online you can send us your own orders as registered customer via email, fax or mail. We do not accept phone orders.
How to Find Products
You can find your products by viewing our product list on our website (by clicking on menu "Categories") or by full text search. If you wish to add a product to cart change quantity according to your needs and press "add to my cart" button. By repeating this process you can continue shopping or proceed to make order.
Notice: If product is sold as a pack please make sure you have correct quantity according to the pack (see Detailed Product Description).
Finishing Your Order
If you found all desired products you wish to order please re-check your cart and continue by clicking on “confirm the order” button following the next tree steps:
- step - fill in information regarding to preferred delivery option
- step - fill in information regarding to preferred payment option
- step - check all entered information again (change if needed) and confirm the order.
After this step your order is placed and sent to us. You will receive confirmation email within 30 minutes otherwise please contact us immediately.
What Follows After Placing The Order
We check your order and contact you if needed next working day. After all information are correct your order will be confirmed and can be found in your account section. If you wish to change your existing order you can do so by contacting us only.
Notice: In case we are not able to reach you on your contact number to check your order details if needed your order can stay unconfirmed.
How to Order by Fax or Mail
As registered customer you can also make orders by fax or mail but you need to follow terms regarding to orders found in Terms and Conditions. Confirmation letter as well as other order information will be send to you via email.
