Our store is for non-consumers only. You need to register to make orders etc. After we verify your registration your account will be created and all information sent to you promptly.

Where We Deliver

We deliver to all EU countries by default. Free delivery is applied when all conditions are met. More information can be found in Terms of Delivery and Payment Options.

How to Order

You need to be registered to make orders. As registered customer you can make orders online on our website or you can send us your own order by email, fax or mail. We do not accept phone orders.

Delivery Times

Time of delivery depends on stock available and delivery location. In case your order is not stocked in our store or logistics centers dispatch time depends on time of stocking (approximately 10 working days). For urgent deliveries please contact us to ensure your time of delivery. You will receive confirmation email after dispatching your order.

Claims

You will spend almost no effort in claims with Enizon. Our suppliers are carefully selected with emphasis on quality and reliability of their products therefore the amount of claims in our store is minor. We will take over all extra costs and effort if any defect will be found on our products by our fault.

Wholesale

We take orders from retailers as well. Are you interested in selling our products? Do you have e-shop for consumers? In those and other cases we would be pleased to be in partnership with you. For more information please do not hesitate to contact us.

Taxes

Tax documents (invoices) are made in Logistics Center Zilina according to Slovak tax law. 20% VAT is added to all prices. EU customers registered as VAT payers in their country will be according to law excluded from adding the VAT.
